Ongoing Maintanence:

Some websites require ongoing maintenance and regular upkeep. Depending on just how demanding your websites ongoing maitenance is will help decide a fair price required to allow for this ongoing maintenance to be done. Some websites require very little maintenance to no maintenance at all. If this is the case, the fee for ongoing maintenance can be included in the annual or semi-annual fee for hosting the website. If you are using your own host then once you are given the website you can upload it yourself and do the ongoing maintenance yourself. If you want a website that uses Wordpress (blogging tool) then you will be given a Username and Password that will allow for you to log in and update your blog, posts, etc. yourself.

Web Hosting:

Once your website is completed you have a couple of options. You can either choose to host the website yourself using the webhost of your choice and do the ongoing maintenance yourself. Otherwise, you can choose to allow us to host it and charge you a semi-annual fee of $40 or an annual fee of $75. Included in this fee is minimal ongoing maintenance, including updated information regarding pricing, contact info, service changes etc. Another example would be if you supply your company's logo and you decide to change it, then the time required on our part to upload it to your website is included in this fee. Any major revamp of the websites theme, contant, images, etc. is subject to an additional fee which can be negotiated.

URL Registration:

Once your website is completed you have a couple of options in regards to what your domain name will look like. You can have a free URL that will look like www.yoururlchoice.nameofhost.com. You probably do not want this as it makes your website look less professional. We can register a url similiar to www.yoururlchioce.com, www.yoururlchoice.net, etc. for you. The availability and prices do vary but in general this will cost an additional $10-$20 a year. If you register your URL with us and host your website with us, we will be sure to give you the fairest price possible and will sometimes be included in the Web Hosting fee depending on the URL you choose and how big your Website is and how much ongoing maintenance is required. All prices are subject to change as each website is unique in its requirements and maintenance.

It is possible to host your website on your own and register the url on your own, but this requires some know how and can sometimes lead to complications. If you are unfamliar with how any of this works then it is suggested to pay the semi-annual or annual fee to allow for us to host the website, register the URL and do the required ongoing maintenance. If you simply just want a website that is low cost and has NO maintenance whatsoever then there is the option of a low one time fee that will include FREE WEBHOSTING and a FREE URL (no semi-annual or annual fee). The url will be www.yoururlname.freewebhostname.com and sometimes the FREE WEBHOST includes banners and variouds ads on your website. This is not advised and is only suggested to individuals who intend to use their website as a very basic form of adverstising and do not want any additional work done to their website.
